Lillian Hoyer brings over a decade of dedicated expertise as a senior client services representative and financial planning associate at William Howard & Co. Since her start, Lillian has been instrumental in scheduling client meetings, collecting client data, and addressing client queries with precision. Lillian prepares comprehensive correspondences and standard reports, ensuring seamless communication. She also participates in client meetings and assists with establishing new accounts, managing client and custodian paperwork, and generating client portfolio reports. 

Outside the professional realm, Lillian finds comfort in various interests, from walking at the Morton Arboretum and local forest preserves to immersing herself in books and crafts. Home remodeling projects also occupy her time, alongside treasured moments shared with her son, daughter-in-law, and extended family.
